Our intrepid Postees set out on January 9th for a Nordic Ski trip around Tea Cup Lake on Mt. Hood. For several participants, this was their first time cross-country skiing, though all adhered to the three most important rules for Post 58 membership: looking good, being good, and looking good. Everyone enjoyed the snow and getting to know some of our newest members! Some big takeaways from the trip included the realization that Sprint is the sole cellphone company with service on Mt. Hood and that goat’s milk cheese is the key to any trek through the elements.
